Blog Post Week #4

 - This week in lab we learned about the 5E's and what that looks like from both a teachers, as well as a students perspective. As groups we got to make charts that showed each of the different E's and what that means for the teacher or student, and then we presented them to the class. I found that from the teachers side, it was more of directing the students and helping them learn about the topic at hands, when the students side was about the different steps of getting through an activity.

- The information regarding the 5E's will be extremely helpful as a future educator. I plan on saving this chart and using it to help guide me threw the first couple of months or even beyond that. It will be helpful because it will guide me in the right direction of engaging my students, encouraging them, exploring with them, explaining to them, elaborate for them, and evaluate them.

- After lab this week I was left with a couple questions. The first being about the 5E model. Although we were introduced to this, are we going to be given examples to how it may be useful to showcase these ideas and bring them to life in our future classes? The next question was about the plants we have been growing. I've noticed that some of our classmates have had more success than others. I was wondering why that may be?
